As part of the Next BlueGeneration project’s awareness and capacity-building actions (WP6), our consortium will organizes a series of onsite seminars and online webinars.
These events aim to inspire educators and career counselors to assist their young students to pursue sustainable blue career paths through interactive presentations, practical tools, and mentoring opportunities.
Onsite Pilot Seminars
Pilot seminars are held across project countries with 20–25 participants per event.
Each session (approx. 2 hours) includes presentations of the project’s tools, use of the translated handbook, and participant interaction.
After each event, summary reports, photos, and social media posts are published here.
Online Webinars
Interactive webinar introducing the Next BlueGeneration Toolkit — a free set of innovative resources to help teachers, career counsellors inspire students about careers in the sustainable blue economy. You will be able to learn how to use each tool effectively, get practical tips, and engage in a live Q&A with the NBG project team and industry experts.
Recorded sessions will be available afterward in multiple languages.
The Blue Careers Handbook
The Next BlueGeneration Handbook compiles all tools and materials presented during the seminars.
Translated versions into all partner languages will be available for download.

Mentoring & Follow-up
Following each seminar or webinar, participants are invited to continue their Blue Career journey through personalized mentoring.
Mentoring sessions are available in English and partner languages, supported by the project team.
